Friction to book and track coverage
Many people are too tired to call or travel just to sign up for a service — myself included. The same friction shows up with insurance programs: remembering what is covered, tracking usage so limits are not exceeded, and understanding which clinics are in network. We solve this by showing clinics in your region, highlighting which ones are linked to the user’s insurance programs, clarifying covered vs not covered options, and keeping policy statistics for how much was spent and how much remains. AI makes this more flexible: you can text something like “I broke my leg, it’s in a lot of pain.” The AI does not recommend a diagnosis. It helps you find a hospital and open their site or call — and if it looks urgent, it may suggest calling an ambulance. It does not run medical tests itself. That protects users from earlier industry mistakes where AI overconfidently assessed health conditions.
